How do I place my custom order ?

Please click contact us and fill out form or by phone with  custom design . We will get back to you no later the 24 hours .  After your custom design is approved. You will receive an email invoice . Once your order is processed . Allow 2-3 days for your design to be completed. Your order will be delivered upon your delivery option selected . 


Can I cancel my order once submitted ? 

Unfortunately , we can’t cancel orders once submitted . Please double check all your information to make sure that it’s accurate before placing your order . 


What’s the return  policy ?

Our policy lasts 14days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. s. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward all inquiries by  email .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item


 What happens after I request a return / refund ?

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days .

 

What happens if I don’t see my refund processed 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact by phone or email located in contact us .

 

 Is there an exchange policy ?

Yes , exchanges accepted only if your items are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email .

Sorry we don’t except any exchanges on custom orders

 

What is the shipping policy ?

 Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed . Once your order ships you will receive an email containing a tracking number to provide you with updates about your package once your package has been dispatched.

Your order should arrive within 2-5 days after . USPS may experience delivery delays due to COVID.

What happens if I’m unhappy with my order ?

We value all our customer and strive in customer satisfication. So please reach out to us immediately as we will resolve any issues immediately .
